The 885G high-power laser device is a high-power laser device with a maximum (real) output power of 15 watts, which can be adjusted from 100 milliwatts, and therefore, it also covers the low-power laser modality. 885G simultaneously emits two wavelengths of 810 and 980 nm at the output and allows penetration into deep and superficial tissues at the same time.
Laser radiation in this device is possible in various modes including continuous, pulsed, burst and single. For ease of use and increasing the level of radiation, two spacers with diameters of 25 and 35 mm have been considered, by connecting them to the head of the handpiece, the level of radiation can be increased and, as a result, treatment time and energy density can be reduced.
About Laser Therapy
Laser therapy (Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation) is a non-invasive and useful treatment method that is known as a widely used modality in physiotherapy clinics today. In this method, infrared electromagnetic energy enters the body through laser photons and helps the healing process by increasing tissue temperature, blood flow and cell metabolism.
High Power Laser 885G Therapeutic applications
High power laser, through a natural process of energy transfer (biological stimulation and photomechanical effect) can increase the speed of tissue healing and regeneration and manage pain in a powerful way without return. Also, high power laser has been very effective in the treatment of sports injuries, such as muscle strain or joint deviation and back pain caused by disc herniation or painful disorders in the neck area.
- pain relief
- Improve nerve function
- Increasing the speed of blood flow
- Accelerating the process of tissue repair and cell growth
- Reducing the possibility of scar tissue formation
- Speeding up the wound healing process
- Increased metabolic activity
- Reduce inflammation

High Power Laser 885G Product benefits
- Red guide light with a wavelength of 650nm to mark the treatment area
- The graphic screen with high resolution and the use of capacitive touch technology provide ease of use.
- For the ease of use in the Grand series, it is possible to update the software of the device through the USB port and also connect to Wi-Fi.
- It has a pulse mode to quickly eliminate pain; The pulsed mode at wavelengths close to 1000 nm causes photomechanical stimulation in the tissue, which causes the pain to stop quickly.
- Displaying maximum output power and average power simultaneously.

Simultaneous deep and superficial treatment with two wavelengths
Lasers with a wavelength between 600-1400 nm have biological and therapeutic effects. Wavelength is one of the factors affecting the depth of laser penetration. The depth of laser penetration in the wavelengths within this range is different; The wavelengths of 810, 904 and 1064 nm have the greatest penetration depth, among which the wavelength of 810 nm creates a greater penetration depth due to less absorption by water, hemoglobin and skin melanin.
On the other hand, the wavelength of 980 nm has low penetration depth and high absorption in water and skin melanin. The simultaneous use of wavelengths with low and high penetration depth in a laser device can stimulate surface pain receptors as well as deeper tissue structures simultaneously in a treatment session and optimize the treatment effect.
